PPAO organizes the training to develop the knowledge and techniques of kitchen work management in tourism enterprises.
On August 14, 2019, at 9.00 a.m., Mrs. Aree Sansom - Deputy Chief Administrator of PPAO, presided over the opening ceremony of the potential development project of Phuket tourism personnel, the course the knowledge development and techniques of kitchen work management in tourism enterprises. In the event, Mr. Chumphol Hiran - President of Academic Department, Phuket Andaman Culinary Club (PACC) gave a brief project report at A2 Resort Phuket, Mueang District, Phuket Province.
PPAO Opens the General Council Meeting of the Year 2019, the Second Period.
On 13 August 2019 at 10.00 a.m. PPAO opened a General Council Meeting of the year 2019, the second period with Mr. Theera Jiasakul, the chairman of the PPAO Council, as the chairman of the meeting at the PPAO Council Meeting Room. There were members of the PPAO Council Members and officers from the PPAO administrative Division, Watcharin Pathomwattanapong, PPAO Chief Administrator Acting PPAO Chief Executive and Mrs. Aree Sansom, PPAO Deputy Chief Administrator, together with Heads of Government Agencies and PPAO officers attending the council meeting.
PPAO TAKES PART IN RECORDING TRIBUTE SPEECH FOR THE QUEENS BIRTHDAY
PPAO officials led by Vice President Soratham Jinda gathered at the studio of Phuket channel 11 of the National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission of Thailand to record a tribute speech for the Queen on the occasion of Her Majestys upcoming birthday on August 12.
PPAO leads a team of tourist help center attends to search for the fishing crews who get accident.
On August 6, 2019, PPAO tourist help center (Khai MooK) attended to search for the fishing crews of long-tailed boat (crap trap) that sank on August 5, 2016 at the south east area of Naka Noi Island, Phuket Province. Four fishing crews were three Thais and one Burmese. According to this, two fishing crews (one Thai and one Burmese) were rescued at Naka Noi Island. Today at 4.30 p.m., the rescue team helped one Burmese crew at Koh Naka Noi area. However, one person is still missing and he will be explored by PPAO tourist help center.
