5 December 2008, 9.30 in morning, Phuket Governor Mr. Preecha Ruangchan was the president in for an activity the Province held to cerebrate His Majesty the King’s 81th birthday anniversary, along with Mr. Paiboon Upattising (the President of PPAO), Mr. Chawalit Na Nakorn (Vice President of PPAO), Mr. Manop Leelasuthanont (Chief Administrator of PPAO), chief of every government organizations in Phuket and many officers participated at PPAO’s Community Hall.
On 4 December 2008, 10 a.m., the president of PPAO Mr. Paiboon Upattising was the president of PPAO hosted activity to promote ‘Phuket Hazardous Waste Management’. Along with Mr. Prasong Trirat (Thepkrasattri SAO President), Thalang Pranangsang School’s students and teachers, Phuket Municipality’s officers and businesses’ representatives, the activity was held at Thalang Pranangsang School’s yard.
